Here we have Juls’ mother and step-father

Step-dad didn’t exactly like his new son, but put up with him for the sake of the “family”.

And, being a stereotypical, controlling Asian father, he always did everything he had to to take charge.

So he decided to address Julius as Jun, meaning “obey”, Ishiro. From then forward (until all of the chaos) all of his legal documents involving Julius were filled out with Jun Ishiro as his name.
